Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us at stitro@luxifyhq.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at stitro@luxifyhq.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or design, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds
